What can I expect from Disney Wonder of Friendship: The Experience?
Expect to be enchanted and delighted! You'll venture through immersive spaces celebrating iconic Disney characters, stories and friendships. You'll begin with an adventure in the Alice in Wonderland Garden of Mystery, followed by a visit to the shores of Lilo & Stitch's O'hana Bay to find your balance. Next, you'll learn the 'Hakuna Matata' way of life at The Lion King Oasis, before lighting up the world in the Mickey Mouse and Friends Wonderverse. Like a good friendship, the experience will be unforgettable.
How long does the experience last?
The experience takes around 45-60 minutes.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Absolutely! We encourage you to take photos and share them. Just make sure you're respectful of other attendees while you do. Oh, and professional camera equipment and tripods aren't allowed. Don’t forget to tag your photos using #WonderofFriendship
Can I come with friends?
Whether it's just you and your bestie or the whole gang together, we know everything's better with friends. Our experience has been created to be shared. To have the best time make sure you bring a pal or 2 (or more!) with you!
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
There won't be food available during the experience, but don't worry, there'll be tasty food vendors nearby.
Will there be merchandise?
There'll be a pop-up area with plenty of exciting stuff on offer from a variety of retailers.
Will there be seating?
It's a walkthrough, immersive experience with very limited seating so make sure you wear comfortable footwear and travel light!
Are there loud sounds and lighting effects?
The experience is multi-sensory, and does contain a small amount of flashing lights and loud noises. If you have epilepsy, or are photosensitive in other ways, or find loud noises triggering, please let one of our Brand Ambassadors know. They will be able to provide further details on each activity and support you to ensure you can still enjoy the full experience. We also run relaxed sessions tailored to those with accessibility needs.
Are there any age restrictions?
This event is recommended for 18+ years. Anyone under the age of 18, must attend with an adult.
We reserve the right to request proof of age and refuse entry.
Parental/Guardian guidance regarding safety & security:
The venue is warehouse style with hard concrete surfaces throughout
There will be low lighting and very limited visibility in some areas
Supervision may be required for some activities e.g. accessing Lilo and Stitch surfboards, Alice in Wonderland misty maze and The Lion King swings
We request that Guests do not bring large bags or luggage into the venue;
There are no cloakrooms and no pram or baby buggy parking will be available, where possible please avoid bringing prams or baby buggies to the venue
Guests are liable for all personal items brought to the venue
Our event partner Snapchat will bring Disney characters and stories to life in Augmented Reality by scanning QR codes throughout the Experience. Snapchat is for 13+ years old users only and may require parental guidance.
Is there a cloakroom?
Unfortunately there won't be a cloakroom, so we recommend you travel light. We'd advise against bringing large, bulky bags.

What's the price and what does the ticket include?
Tickets cost £17.50 + booking fee and it's 1 ticket per person. This covers your entry into the experience.
Can I buy tickets at the door?

Do I need to print my ticket?
Don't worry, there's no need to print. Simply bring your phone and present the tickets found in your confirmation email and help us save the trees!
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
We want to ensure you experience the event to the fullest and to do so, we'd recommend you arrive around 15 minutes before your start time.

Do you need to book tickets with friends?
You can either book tickets individually or in a group - whatever works best for you! If you're booking individually just make sure you've all selected the same time slot so you can enjoy the experience together.

Is the show suitable for pregnant women?
There's no tension or strenuous physical activity involved as part of the experience, however you will be on your feet for approximately 45-60 minutes. If you're okay with this and you choose to attend, we suggest speaking to one of our Brand Ambassadors on arrival and discussing the event beforehand so they can assist you where possible.
Is the experience suitable for wheelchair customers or persons with mobility requirements?
Yes, definitely! All venues and experiences within each venue are fully accessible for anyone with any kind of mobility requirements. Speak to one of our Brand Ambassador team on arrival who'll be able to support you.
What happens if i need assistance during the show?
No problem! Just find one of our lovely Brand Ambassador team and they'll be able to offer guidance and any support you need.

- Professional cameras (Defined as having a detachable lens)
- Promotional items, like flyers, samples, giveaways

- Toy guns or water guns
- Video cameras
- Weapons (Guns, ammo, pocket knives, tasers, pepper spray, etc., including off-duty law enforcement or concealed carry permits.)
